How it works

MCT150 Temperature Probes

The MCT150 monitoring system includes highly durable temperature probes, specifically designed for composting environments. These probes are inserted into the compost to wirelessly measure its temperature. Available in spike lengths of 72" in or 36 in", they meet the temperature monitoring standards set by national authorities. The attached flag ensures easy visibility within the compost material. The MCT150 temperature probes are built to withstand the corrosive conditions typical of composting processes.

Our alert system is flexible and can be tailored to your specific needs. On the platform we distinguish between:

Default alerts
Customed alerts

Default alerts are alerts we have defined in advance, which by default are activated for any sensor after being set up, unless anything else has been agreed upon.

These alert include:

Heath check alert: When the sensor hasn’t sent the expected measurements for 48 hours.
Significant moisture change: When two subsequent moisture measurements show an increase in wood moisture by more than 5%.

Custom Alerts

Custom alerts can be tailored to most scenarios by defining a set of alert criteria, all of which must be met before an alert is sent.
All alert can be activated or deactivated at any time for each individual sensor.
